Thank you to all veterans! (11/11/21) - The sales figures for October for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a positive month. Sales volume is still much higher than last year, which makes sense, but we may be seeing the start of the usual seasonal slow down. The median prices for both property types were up nicely from last year, mixed compared to the previous months, and the 3-month combined moving average was another record. Inventory was relatively flat, and pending sales volume looks good.
