![]() October, 2025 « Next month - The September sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a positive month. Sales volume increased from the previous month, and one year ago, for both property types. Median sales price for homes also increased from the previous month and twelve months ago. Median price for condos was the one weak spot, which fits in with the less strong condo market. Inventory for condos dropped significantly, which is positive, and pending sales volume looks even.
