- The sales figures for June for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a neutral-to-positive month. Combined sales for both property types were solid. Median prices were mixed, but they look better if the upward blip last month for homes is flattened out. Inventory is still low and pending sales look fine. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu. Individual neighborhood data will be released mid-month. (7/7/12)
