- Two condo towers proposed for former Meadow Gold Dairy property on Keeaumoku St. (8/20/22)

- Happy Statehood Day! (8/19/22)

- The July sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a mixed-to-negative month. Sales volume was definitely down, possibly due to interest rates and economic news. Median prices were mixed from last month, homes went up, condos went down, but the median prices for both were up nicely from a year ago. Inventory continued to inch up, and pending sales volume looks like it fits with this slower market activity. (8/7/22)

- Very nice aerial views of Koko Kai, Oahu, and its rugged coastline. (8/1/22)
